Policies
Deposits and Cancellation Policy:
As we are not equipped as Hotels, and bookings are usually made well in advance, our policy is PAYMENT IN FULL in order to secure or confirm your reservation. The payment is non-refundable, unless re-rented. Checks should be made payable to Softec, Adventures in Software Inc. (Checks must be cleared prior to arrival). In addition, upon arrival, a security deposit is required! Guests are responsible for missing items, including but not limited to towels, linens, etc., and/or any damage done by themselves or their friends. Of course we encourage you to inspect the house completely upon arrival. We have no objections to accommodating pets, however, there is an additional deposit to cover damage and/or clean up, should it become necessary. Pet owners must be in control of their pets and are fully responsible for their pets’ clean up and other damage.

Deposits
Payment in full is required with your reservation. There is a security deposit required for damaged or missing items. An additional deposit is required should you bring a pet.
Security deposits (as above) may be paid with Visa and Master Card
Pets may require additional deposits.
Refunds
As we are NOT equipped like a hotel, there are NO refunds. Most of our guests have rented months in advance, and a new renter may not be found. We however will use our best efforts to rent the cancelled time period and if we are successful we will refund the total collected.
